Everything on the table speaks of the region: golden breads and flaky pastries by Thierry Schwartz, Obernai's Michelin-starred baker; artisan jams with the scent of childhood; honey harvested from neighbouring hives; creamy organic yoghurts from the Laiterie du Climont; and fresh fruit picked with the seasons. Every product is carefully selected for its authenticity, its provenance, and above all, its flavour.
